我想問如果我改善那樣硬件或軟件會對我的電腦speed and performance 有明顯幫助,我想換用G31底板,有人話用G965 chipset 行Q6600會發揮吾晒個CPU既power, 又話chipset 同南橋晶片: Intel® ICH8晶片 會好熱,影響效能.吾知係吾係呢?

so you mean G31 is not as good as G965 chipset?

because i will sell the G965 to my friend and buy a new main board, if i want to use DDR2 1066 Ram, and a 80 plus power, its better to have efficency up to 85% la, so what do you suggest me to buy for main board and will it be faster to use 1066 ram rather then 800 ram?
