ATi 硬解

I'm using Intel Centino M 420 1.6GiHz CPU and Grandmars HD3450 ATi display card. I want to play some H.264 movie by PowerPVD 8 Ultra but it is sound only with black screen.

I know my CPU is too slow .. but refering to some magazine that the HD3450 display card can use for 硬解...

Can u gug help me ... any advise or what solfware suggest me to use?
