1) your recipe has some problem. Because no whipping cream in the recipe.
And please clear that whipping cream and cream cheese. Of course, you must follow the recipe.
2) NO one whisk egg with the cream, only put CREAM CHEESE, sugar to beat to soft, then mix in egg slowly.
3) procedure is very important, u should soaked gelatine in water for 10mins, put the bowl of gelatine-water on double boiler (keep water temperature for80C), and mix in cheese-mixture(gelatine-water must around 50C is ideal).
