1. Electronic Air Ticket is a "new" method to passengers. Traditionally, the air ticket is made up by a deck of paper, including 4 - 5 sheets. The crew at the airport will tear 1 sheet when you check in. But with electronic ticket, the airline will not issue your a traditional ticket anymore. They will send you the information, including date, time, flight number, destination and the booking number by e-mail. You only need to print out this e-mail and present to the crew at the airport, they will help you to proceed boarding.
2. Usually "tax" including tax and fuel surcharge. It includes HK airport tax, foreign airport tax, security charges, fuel surcharge etc. The total amount of "tax" is different in each airline. But for HK to Paris, if it's direct flight, tax amount will be at least HK$1600 for return trip.
3. RER is an easy to go to Paris centre. For shuttle bus, it will stop near Opera Garnier. You have to consider whether it's suitable for you. But i will recommend you to take RER. Taxi is very expensive in Paris... it should only be last resort... from airport to city centre, it costs you at least 60 - 70 euros
4. Yes, you can buy TGV tickets in the SNCF counter in RER stations of airport. You can also get the RATP tourist ticket here as well.

6. You can take metro line 6 and get off at Bir Hakeim or Trocadero. It's the nearest station. After getting off from the metro, you walk for 7 - 10 mins, you can see the tower. Twilight is the best time to visit the tower and you should prepare to wait at least an hour for tickets

7. Montmartre and Flea market is also a good place to visit on Saturday and Sunday. You can go to Scare Coeur first, then go to Flea market around noon time.
