中秋節燒烤晚會是由XXX會所於二零零七年九月二十二日舉辦，目的是在這個佳節帶給所有住戶一個狂歡及與其他住戶聯誼的機會。

優點:在選址方面我們認為於池畔進行燒烤自助晚會是非常配合主題，屋苑位於沿海位置，其室外泳池的景觀開仰，是賞月的好位置
缺點:
由於泳池用途不是用作宴會聚餐及參加者有小朋友及長者，所以會存在一定的危險程度。
清潔方面，活動期間留下的垃圾，增加泳池清潔的困難，活動過後可能需要一段時間進行清潔。
天氣問題，如遇上下雨或雷暴等惡劣天氣，整個活動就需要改期或取消。
