公司將於(period)參展之xxx show 埸地位置已確定.

是次參展公司榮幸地獲得舉辦商提拔, 得到埸館最有利之頭位位置. 好高興更獲得boss 這次投放更多資金增添2 個booth是次場地範圍. 從以往2個booth增至現4個大型booth, 想必是一個難得宣傳及銷售的好商機.

Our Company will participate xxx Show during (period) and the booth numbers have been confirmed.
With the kind assistance from the organizer, our Company had the priority to select the best position in the entrance row, additionally our boss has invested more resources this time so our booths is increased from the previous 2 booths to 4 booths this time. We believe this is a great opportunity for us to promote and market our products.
1. Enclosed is the floor plan for all as reference.
2. Please submit all related information to xxx and xxx.
3. The colleagues responsible for this show are : xxx xxx xxx xxx
4. Our boss xxx will arrive Hong Kong this week.
