Sorry guys - I'm afraid both of the answers above mine are wrong. And to the poster - the two sentences are wrong as well.
The more correct way would be:
'Which countries have contributED to Hong Kong?'
'What contributions have other countries made to Hong Kong?'
The first poster said Which countries have contribution to Hong Kong ? - to use 'which' is correct. However, a verb should always follow 'have', such as 'have done', 'have seen' - this is past participle. So to have a noun 'contribution' following 'have' (a verb by itself) in this past participle sentence is incorrect.
The 2nd poster - What are the countries have been contributed to HK? - It would be correct if it's 'What are the countries THAT have been contributING to HK?' This would make the sentence a past-continuous one, and in an accusative form (ie. which country IN PARTICULAR have contributed to HK?)
貢獻 - contribution (noun). To describe the action of 貢獻, it is 'to MAKE a contribution'. Same case as 'to MAKE a donation' - it requires a verb.
With your sentences:
what countries contribute to Hong Kong? - must add '-ed' to contribute as it is now a verb. Past tense needed (ie. it has happened already).
what are the countries contribute to Hong Kong? - must add '-ing' to contribute as it is also now a verb but it's present-continuous (ie. it's happening now and will be happening in the future)
Hope that makes sense.
