打仗時，為何人民會有重擔？

i am not agree it is always right.
it really depand what kind of war.
US fighting the war in some localtion now, spending average 200 billions a years... but the grovernemnt still lowing the tax to their people every ficial year since last 7 years. and what i see is the businese and people living still as usually.

冇錢冇野食...點會唔苦
