I think it a bit hard to buy a full party insurance because of you age, car accident within 3 years, and the car mode although you have 20% NCB. It is still hard to cover all the negative factors. Also the will consider about the driving record of your lic to see how many points of your lic had been lost within the 3 years as well! Even you can get a insurance, it will be very expensive and with a heavy loading on it! I reckon if you buy the car from a car dealer, tell them what you request on terms of the insurance and how much you aim to pay for it, then I think they will try their best to make it happen for you because they need to sell the car to make profit!
