First day of high school?HELP!?

well, iam starting my first day of school,iam 12 and my old classmate will be in the same school as me.but the problem is,that classmate of mine is a BULLY,he bullies me all the time. and i dont want to be embarrassed at my new classmates.how do i avoid him?

Heres a good way to let him leave you alone -- when he is bullying you make sure there is a bunch of people who can see, pull his pants down (make sure they arent tight or a belt on them) -- he wont bother you again out of embarassment ;)
