我有間店舖之貨品損毀, 需向某公司索償金額, 因某公司於01/05/2008下午3:00進行舖石屎工程, 而導致滲漏污水至我店舖之貨品, 令貨品不能出售, 已損毀之貨品數量共60及金額HK$5000.

Re: Claim on Damaged Goods We refer to the concrete construction work undertaken by ABC Company at 3:00 p.m. on 1 May, 2008. A flow of dirty water leaked into our shop causing damage to some of the goods. We had found 60 packages of it water-stained with a total cost of HK$5,000. We hereby lodge a claim on this damage for a full refund of it thereof.
