美國大學有關Proof of Immunization的問題

MMR IMMUNIZATION HOLD means they are waiting for your MMR immunization records.
If you were born in Hong Kong, you should have the immunization records during your infancy. Just make a photocopy and send/fax it to the University in US, together with a copy of such letter, or your reference nos., students nos. etc. After few days, you can go into the school's web site to ensure your status is corrected.
It is better to finish all the vacinnations before your departure, as the medical fees in U.S. are expensive.

Just a photocopy is o.k, but you need to write down some English near the Chinese words, together with your name, student nos., etc. (all in English)
