Virgin trains

I go to Manchester last month, you need to register in virgin website before you buy the ticket. I use Hong Kong address to register, it is no problem.

No need to show your ID on the train, they only see your ticket.

It is most cheaper if you book online, you can book within 12 weeks ticket, I buy my ticket 12 weeks before it only cost GBP13 one way. Remember to bring your credit card that you use to book the ticket, because you need to use the credit card to collect your ticket.

Virgin always have promotion on the train to Manchester, sometimes only cost GBP1 one way, you can check on their website.

There is no passenger name on your ticket.

Email address must use your own address, becasue the ticket detail will sent to your email and you need to bring with you to collect the ticket.

Last month I go to Manchester, Doncaster, Blackburn, Liverpool & Bristol, all the train ticket are buy from Virgin.

我搭過Virgin trains 去Liverpool，預先係Hong Kong，網上訂票，會收到個no.，要帶付錢 o個張credit card到fast machine取票，插入credit card後，再入收到個no.，ticket 無print name既。上車前才買飛，得、不過貴lor！

要 register o左先，要用UK address，入 o左postal code會show D location比你選，可以用friend 個UK address(好似receipt會寄到此address，我都係借人個address，到UK取tickets不用receipt，只要買tickets時既credit card & email寄比你既code)，email address 就用自己既，用來收到UK取tickets 既code，無UK address 都可以致電買tickets。
