但我每當做完1個運動機就暈暈地!
我唔知點解?係米有D問題?
係米因為我食lunch嘅份量小?
我只係食2片麥包加ham,甘就無lu!
之後,after 2hrs 就去做gym!
甘其實le個份量岩唔岩?
去到gym,就做咗3mins warm up.......
Then,我除咗做跑步機有做cool down內,
其他就無做cool down,即刻坐幾分鐘休息!
甘岩唔岩?
但坐咗幾分鐘都好暈,點解?
係米因為我仲未習慣?但都已經1個月.......
暈暈地正唔正常?

P.s: 做gym已有1個月.....但仲見暈? 跑步機:15mins 3.1速度 行hill....做咗cool down 2mins 做完cool down後 around 2mins 企喺跑步機,所以無之前甘暈......... 坐咗chair 休息之後,做單車機!
更新2:
單車機:1 or 2mins warm up!由玩gym嘅第1日,到依家都係每次做咗20mins.... 但無做cool down,即刻去chair 坐.......但當行幾步,就暈暈地!坐咗3mins,就繼續做..... 樓梯機:16mins....做warm up 1or2mins ......無做cool down!坐咗幾分鐘.... 之後離開咗gym,行路嗰陣....暈暈地!係行路浮浮吓,而唔係真係暈! 但塔巴士,坐咗30mins,就唔暈!回覆之前甘.. 點解會甘?
