windows root>\system32\hal.dll損壞

hal.dll is the hardware profile library of the Windows system
copy the hal.dll from the setup disc of your Windows
then boot again and have Windows detect hardware devices from the Control Panel
a new/ refreshed hal.dll will then be created.
