Question About Harry Potter 7 (after reading)

Why Harry said that the true master of the Elder Wand is Draco Malfoy?!
i can't get it...
i know Harry fought with the Malfoy family and got Draco's wand after that,
but even Harry overpowered Draco and took his wand,
when did Draco Malfoy overpower Dumbledore and become the true master of the Elder Wand?
Harry said in HP7 page 595, "the Elder Wand recognised a new master before Dumbledore died, someone who never even laid a hand on it. The new master removed the wand from Dumbledore against his will, never realising exactly what he had done, or that the world's most dangerous wand had given him its allegiance..."
when did this happened?
did it happen in the previous books?
can anyone please tell me?

if you have read book 6, there will be NO question!

When malfoy arrived the tower, he made Dumbledore's wand
(the elder wand) out of Dumbledore's hand and let it dropped. So, he had never laid hand on the elder wand.

because it is not what Dubledore's will and Malfoy "deafted" Dumbledore.
