Re : New Policy on copying
Please kindly note that due to the frequent impairment of the copying machine recently, we will stop copying with recycle paper starting from today. This is a policy to prevent the copying machine being damaged often as before.
Nevertheless in order to support the environmental protection, the Company will continue to collect all recycle paper. The location of the recycle bin will remain in its original position next to the copying machine. The cleaning lady will collect all the recycle paper once a week. Therefore you are kindly requested to put the recycle paper into the recycle bin regularly.

想話俾佢地知, , 因影印機因近來壞機情況經常出現, 今天起我們的影印機將不再用廢紙再印功能, 是為減低零件壞掉情況再經常出現.

但為支持環保,公司將會繼續收集recycle paper, 位置會仍舊於影印機旁的紙箱內. (with recycle label) , 清潔嬸嬸會一星期定時收集一次,敬請各同事亦定期將各之廢紙放於收集箱內.

The recycle box (showing the recycle label) will still be located in the original position, next to the photocopier. The recycle papers will be collected once every week. Please place the recycle papers in the recycle box in a timely manner.

However, to be environmental- friendly, please place the waste paper into the recycle box next to the photocopier. Waste paper will be collected once a weeks.
