THE WORKS OF FOLLOWING UP THE SHIPMENT SCHEDULES
When receiving the shipment schedules from the different manufacturing countres, I will transfer those details to C Department, letting them to make the data input at BBB system. After their completion, I will then, download the relevant latest information to Q file for my work purpose as to follow up the shipment schedules.
Below is the summary of the different manufacturing countries, which provide the shipment schedules to us.
- Manufacturing countries A, D, E, : once a week
- Manufacturing countries B: once every two weeks
- Manufacturing countries C, F,: twice a month
OBJECTIVE; --
1) If the suggested shipment date shows a delay from the original shipment date, it would cause big impact on the date of the goods' promotion. So, I will ask the relevant manufacturing countries to make improvement.
2) During the period before the suggested shipment date, if there is improper arrangement from the manufacturing countreis, such as, without MMM report, or, without SSS report, that makes impossible to work with the shipment date, we will verify those contradictions with the manufacturing countries, as to avoid the unnecessary misunderstanding from our customers.

Regularly when we receive (goods time table) from the different

Follow up work in Delivery Schedule
The usual practice is that whenever we receive Delivery Schedule from different manufacturing countries, I will forward these report to C Department for data input into BBB system. Upon C Department’s completion of data input, I will download the latest delivery information from BBB system to Q file for follow up on the delivery schedule.
Following are summary of Delivery Schedule supplied to us from different manufacturing countries :
- Country A, D, E : Once every week
- Country B : Once every 2 weeks
- Country C, F : Twice every month
Our goal :
1. At time of receiving the delivery schedule when I notice that a delivery will be delayed, which in turn affect the originally established promotion period of the goods, I will require the manufacturing country to react correspondingly and improve the delivery plan.
2. When we notice that at the period which is specified on the delivery schedule and the manufacturing country still does not provide appropriate co-ordinating procedures to maintain the related delivery schedule such as : Absence of MMM Report, or absence of SSS Report, etc., we will check and confirm with the manufacturing countries. This is a follow up to make sure there will not create unnecessary misunderstanding with or inconvenience to the customers.
