有個買ddr2 533 RAM問題...但怕買錯...想大家幫幫手(10分)

我部機係用
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 511, 2.80GHz
board: Intel Grand Country 2 D102GGC2

我本身只有512MB ram, 而家想加ram~
之後我睇過官網搵返呢個board的資料(http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d102ggc2/sb/CS-022438.htm)
就見到memory那處寫住：
「DDR2 - 400 and 533 MHz
Up to 2 GB
Two memory module slots

Note: Be sure to review the Tested Memory list before using this Intel® Desktop Board. 」

於是入去tested memory list睇, 但睇唔明...

可否幫我解釋一下入面講乜呀??有d乜野限制??
咁我可否買一條DDR2 533的 2GB ram返黎?? 會唔會要我分做兩條1GB先用到?? (我知我塊board好舊...所以怕佢唔支援呢樣o個樣)

另外... 我仲有咩要注意(即係甚麼制式/編號之類....我唔熟呢方面d野的)??
係咪將本身條512MB拆走....再裝新的ram入去就搞掂??
