肉醬意粉加咩香草落去? 咁D香草幾時加落去?? 唔該.....!!

其實食肉醬意粉唔一定要加香草,就算有d食譜話要加香草,都係隨意既,不過一般食譜所講既香草係herbs,超市有得賣. 如果要加香草,應該係煮肉既時候就要放落去,否則唔出味.
我自己如果煮肉醬意粉要落香草類既會落bay leaf,中文唔記得係咪叫月桂葉,呢樣野煮肉醬好夾,不過都係果句,唔落都可以既.

hi, the 香草 for traditional italian 肉醬意粉 is pasley, normally Italian put the pasley into the 肉醬意粉 after turning off the heat. hope it can help you.
