The scale of the devastation from the Sichuan earthquake was revealed in horrifying detail yesterday, as rescue workers made first contact with victims in the worst-hit areas.

Soldiers and emergency workers rushed to the quake zone found towns reduced to rubble, thousands dead or trapped and dazed survivors grieving for loved ones and trying to come to terms with the catastrophe.

我一會去銀行入票，為受難同胞盡微薄之力，希望大家能踴躍捐款，好讓數以百萬計災民能在災後重拾生活，重建家園。

我也很想做點東西~
請問可以做些什麼義工呢?

i will support them today i have donate a little bit $200 from me and my mother! i reaaaly want to help them and i reaaly want to cry......please hong kong people help them give some money just a little bit i will make it stronger if everybody do something from their heart! thanks
