which is 41.06
accepting the offer at period 6.
NPV is -500 + 90v + 120v^2 + 110v^3 + 90v^4 + 75v^5 + 60v^6 + 140v^6
which is 71.63
Since the NPV is higher, therefore, it should take the offer.
