This is my first time of using yahoo 知識.... hope i m asking the questions probably la =] Argent for my business assignment. If anyone know please help =] Very thankyou!!!
My questions is
1. Explain how you would provide information for the available options that your organization can use to satisfy customer needs.
2. Explain procedures you would have in place for customers with sepcial needs.
3. Design a system for procedures to resolve customer difficulties and complaints.

You mention of the management of customer relationship skills (CRM).
