到美國生BB

you need HK passport, USA visa, airline ticket plus MONEY la.

you will first allow to stay in USA up to 3 months, but you can ask for extentson later up to 6 months all together.
you CAN NOT stay more than your time, even one day past the date------ if so, you WILL NOT allow to come to USA again in next 3 years. that is no exception for every person .... SO, PLEASE DONT TRY TO CHALLENGE THE LAW.
you come to USA in 7 months is too late and too BIG. you may face some hard time by airline and/or customs.
i think 4, 5 months should be ok with lossing clothing..
if you are in normal health, 1 months rest should be much ready for you to ride airplane back to HK.
all i worry is the baby documents: the birth certificate, social security card, USA passport..... etc. its need time to apply and wait for them from mail.

如果發現有BB在三個內未見肚時就要入境，因美加入境時是旅遊身份，但見已經大肚就算給你上到飛機都可以不給你入境，有部份身材瘦身的肚細些小，可以穿著大一些碼的衫，如順利入了境，一般旅遊最多給六個月期，到時足够時間生BB，但費用很貴，一切都需要自費，約萬幾至兩萬幾美元，(如要做手術就更多，)當然BB在當地出生，就是當地公民，可享受一切，包括奶扮等，大了可接受當地教育，如在出生的州受教育還可以接受州的保助，自己只出少少啦。
如需要逾期居留，最好找當地律師幫手，否則再次入境就困難啦！
BB七個月我想上飛機也不容易。

到美國生BB好普通,好多中、台同胞而家都做緊.每個唐人街都有待產、坐月服務中心.不過你有親戚在美國,當然無需要.
持B1/B2入境最長會俾6個月,如有原因可延期一次.落機後馬上揾律師同妳部署.甘就唔使搞到逾期居留.
由於妳七個月上機,應該己經見肚.一定要攞定醫生信.否則航空公司可能唔俾上機.
