B) From the weekly TTT report, if there is anything showing unusual concerning the materials for the problems, such as delay, quality and ATRN, etc., I should immediately give warning to them for the proper adjustments and improvements. At the same time, I must work out a solution with the departments involved as to solve the problems promptly without delay.
PURPOSE (AIM)
By providing the latest information to all the relevant departments, it will help to solve the material problems in order to avoid the serious impact on the customers' sales schemes.
Please note that TTT report is issued weekly, which is mainly for our reference and analysis. It is far more better than AAA, in terms of accuracy, contents, etc. Best of all, TTT report reflects the schedules of the material supply condition for the coming 3 months. It leads us to react properly with a right direction.
