「蓋綿胎」是一個可以考考你反應的遊戲。遊戲不限玩家。每人都會往派發相同數量的紙牌，但你絕不能觀看你手上的牌。遊戲開始時，每位玩家需要輪流將手上的牌發出去。不論你所發的是什麼牌，你都要順序由「A」念到「K」。當念出的牌跟發出的牌相同時，你必須將手拍到牌上，最後拍到牌者為輸。不希望成為大輸家，便得有超靈敏的反應了!
