離職證明同工作證明有分別嗎?

我想請教一下,離職證明同工作證明意義一樣嗎?
能否發份版本看一看?

離職證明通常是員工離職後, 公司發出一封證明予員工, 證明員工受僱資料, 例如於何時入職和離職, 員工姓名, 身份證號碼, 入職日期, 現時職位和現時工資等, 亦有不少公司會寫埋評語。
工作證明同離職證明其實內容相若, 一樣有員工受僱資料, 但分別係未必會有評語, 以及離職日期; 很多時候, 在職員工需要申請一些事項, 對方要求在職的證明(例如向房署申請公屋), 可要求公司寫工作證明, 又稱在職證明。
以下乃係一般離職證明例子:
(Using Organization Letter Head)
(Date of Issue)

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN



Re: (Name of Staff in FULL)



This is to certify that Mr/Miss/Ms (Full Name of staff) of HKID Card No.:(the staff's ID No.) has been employed by (Your Company Name) as (Post) from (starting date) to (resign date) (按: 申請在職證明未必要寫離職證明). His/Her last salary is HK$XXX per month (按: 有些機構未必會寫salary, 但工作證明多會寫).



He/She was responsible for (the job details) and his/her service was satisfactory and his/her attendance was good. He/She tried his/her best to fulfill what was required of him/her.



Mr/Miss/Ms (Surname of the staff) resigned from our company of his/her own accord and we hope he/she will have successful prospect in the future.
