如果做HR有無需要考保險牌呢?

言歸正傳，其實做HR係唔須要有無險牌的，但，當然要對保險有基本的認識。
正如你所講，HR需要替公司和員工購買保險，所以如果你知多d，在購買時便比較容易選擇。
沒有人厭知識太多的，做老臨的當然亦喜歡員工博學，所以如果你考了亦不失是一個優點，比別人優勝。
至於考保險牌，可以到VTC的網業參考 (www.vtc.edu.hk)。
這裡就簡單的說說吧。
保險試一共有六科，而最基本就要考3科才掛牌 (一般為卷一、三、五)，除卷一為必修科外，其他可因應個人所需而選。
考試形式分筆試和電腦試 (分別為$100和$150一科)。

1/ 唔需要識保驗牌, 因為到時公司會用保險公司;

2/ 反而最重要的是熟讀勞工法例, 努力進修這方面的知識;
勞工處及各大學都有這類課程.
