如果做HR有無需要考保險牌呢?

其實我有興趣係HR個方面發展並唔係保險業,而我想考保險牌既原因,係因為HR有時需要幫公司買一些員工醫療保險,勞工保險等等既福利保險,而我對於保險既事一點都不清楚,如果考咗會唔會對於我既工作好啲呢?

如果要考保險牌詳細情況又係點呢?

言歸正傳,其實做HR係唔須要有無險牌的,但,當然要對保險有基本的認識。
正如你所講,HR需要替公司和員工購買保險,所以如果你知多d,在購買時便比較容易選擇。
沒有人厭知識太多的,做老臨的當然亦喜歡員工博學,所以如果你考了亦不失是一個優點,比別人優勝。
至於考保險牌,可以到VTC的網業參考 (www.vtc.edu.hk)。
這裡就簡單的說說吧。
保險試一共有六科,而最基本就要考3科才掛牌 (一般為卷一、三、五),除卷一為必修科外,其他可因應個人所需而選。
考試形式分筆試和電腦試 (分別為$100和$150一科)。

1/ 唔需要識保驗牌, 因為到時公司會用保險公司;

2/ 反而最重要的是熟讀勞工法例, 努力進修這方面的知識;
勞工處及各大學都有這類課程.

What you need to know is the market update of products available and not the license.
The priorities are MPF, EC, employee benefit products including medical, travel, retirements and personal accidents on group basis. Sometimes, HR has to take care Office comprehensive insurance, motor car, public liabilities, pleasure craft, Director's Liabilities and others.
The most important thing is that you must have some contacts with insurance people that can support you whenever your boss wants to know something in a hurry.
Again, even you pass in licensing but without a sponsor, you need to re-take the licensing exam again after 2 two years.

However, you can get information simply from agents, brokers or even from the web search of insurance companies. All of them can supply the information you need within a few hours.
