inflation become a problem ?

1)When demand and price raise in goods market, and then enterprise willing to proived more goods and services, thus increase the demand of lobor in labor market, while full employment is mean the labour market is in equilibrium, so the lobor market become shortage and salaries go up. By the way, increase the production costs and price goes up again, finally, expanding the inflation rate.

2)Their have different cause of inflation, the demand-pull inflation is caused by demand increase and then prices go up, but the cost- push inflation is caused by costs increase and then prices go up.

3) The cyclical unemployment usually caused by aggregate demand failure. The structural unemployment usually caused by structure of the economy changing.
