MYOB question

My co. is using myob software, but when I settle the detail on last satursay, It doesn't have any question, but in this week, when I open it, It said the cannot connect to" HASP" about is that and said that I only have 5 time open that, but I can connect to internt, what question of that. I talk to myob yet, She said I forget some wire isn't set, But I check already, no problem of that, anyone can help me, thanks a lot first
