about distillation(boiling and condensing)

Yes.Because the boiling point of the insoluble impurities are very high,
but the boiling point of the water is100 degree.
So the water will be boiled but the impurities will not.
After boil the water,we condense the steam back to water.
In these processes,we can remove the impurities=)

what is the thing you want to extract?
soluble or insoluble?

condesing就可以...
但係boiling就唔得.....
