據說~i.t請我的時候係full time 人工7200+勤工獎500~但本人係i.t返左8日..但有2日放假...總共6日~每日10-12小時...1小時lunch半小時t -time-~個仆街in charge 話我跑唔到數...就炒我...咁我人工係點解...
我未過試用期...佢會計幾多日糧~定會唔會好似人地咁~補月薪...?

根據06年勞資修改既法例中，全職兼職你返工滿一天都會有錢收，公司一定要依著做，而公司的勤工獎由於不是你的基本底薪，公司不會亦有權不給你，而你的薪支將按照 底薪 / 該月的日數 X上班日數計算(不包括勤工獎)，以你的情況﹕你有權亦應該問返公司拎票就得架啦7200/31(*)X6= $1393.548
*以5月有31日計算

Full Time Salary = $7200 / 30Days = $240 / Day X 7 Days = $1680
6 Days on duty 1 Regular Dayoff with salary = 7 Days
However, you wont be able to get the Bonus $500 (勤工獎) because you have not services until the end of the months without non-regular holiday or late arrive.
