1) press on/off button on the top side.2) insert stylus into soft-reset hole.
3) the screen will ask " please confirm " by press RED phone & GREEN phone buttons
4) press " RED phone & GREEN phone " buttons
5) when screen shown " grey " colour, release all buttons.
