Go to www.newegg.com and price the parts then add those prices and you get the total cost.

If you want the complete cost, then find a site like www.dell.com and price it that way.

I agree with Mike. Newegg.com is the way to go. They have everything you could ever want, great prices, and awesome customer service, Not to mention a solid return policy and procedure.
That PC would be a bit over the top though unless your a movie producer......
