Past tense 簡單過去式

用作表達過去發生的行動
例: I bought a book yesterday. (我昨天買了一本書)

Present perfect tense 現在完成式

用法1: 表達現在剛完成的行動
例(用法1): I have just closed the windows. (我剛剛關上窗子)

用法2: 表達由過去延續至現在的行動
例(用法2): I have lived in Hong Kong for 5 years.
(我已經在香港居住了五年)

例(用法2): I have lived in Hong Kong since 1967.
(自從一九六七年, 我已經在香港居住)

past tense係過去左

present perfect tense現在完成

要用past tense的:yesterday last year last monday

要用present perfect tense的:before just already yet
