Past tense + Future tense 的 用法

The weather was fine this morning and I am going to play football with
my friends tomorrow.

past tense - was fine (because it was in the morning, now is afternoon)

future tense - going to (a planning not yet done)

I will play football with my friends if the weather is fine tomorrow.
