Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

After I updated Internet Explorer 7.0, it always showed "internet explorer cannot display the webpage" although I have followed their instruction to check the following matters.
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet. (is connecting)
The website is encountering problems. (Can entry by Firefox)
There might be a typing error in the address. (checked ok)


Any idea what is the problem ? And, how can I solve it ?
(Chinese reply is also welcome)

Now, I am using Firefox to entry the web.
