Tower of London is a must even though the ticket seems pricy. One of the main hightlight would be the crown jewellery.
Kensington Palace and the House of Parliament would be a yes and no depending on your particular interests in the two places. Kensington Palace doesn't seem so special if you have already gone to see Buckingham Palace, which I'd say it's something most people would do. On the other hand, if you have a thing for Princess Diana, then you'd go to Kensington Palace. The House of Parliament isn't always open for public, but when it is, you could go and listen to the debate. If you are lucky, you may well get to see Gordon Brown.
