how to express '' 我認為同一句說話,若果用不同的語氣,態度去說出來或表達出來,顧客對你亦會有不同的感覺...所以作為服務前線人員,我必會留意態度,談吐,語氣,聲線等..再者,當有過失時,我認為最重要的是勇於承認錯誤和道歉,亦應想辦法為此事情作出解決..你可知道,顧客永遠是對的,這不單只可減低顧客對我們的投訴,也可讓顧客挽回信心,繼續使用我們的服務!''

我想知道口講的...express .......!

I believe if we say a sentence with different tone and manner to express what we want to say, the customers will have different feelings on us. Therefore as a person serving our customers in the front line, we have to be careful with our manner, talk, tone and voice, etc. Moreover, when there is any mistake happened, I believe the most important thing is to bravely face our mistake and apologize to the customer. We should also do our best to try to find a solution for the problem. As you may or may not know, the customer is always right ! This will not only reduce the customers’ complaints to us, but also help us to regain the confidence from the customers so that they can continue to use our service !

I do believe that when we express the same wordings in different tone or manner, the customers will have different understanding of what we said.... as such, being a frontline staff, I will keep alert of the servicing attitude, the way of expression, the tone and the voice of speaking...further, when there are any mistakes found, I believe the most important thing is to confess with apology made together with a solution to remedy the case.....please understand that the customers are always supposed to be correct. In this regard, it will lessen the complaints made against us as well as to gain the confidence from customers to continuously enjoy our services.
