減肥點樣可以keep好胸部線條?

我5末呎3寸高,本來132磅,現正在節食減肥,有做yoga,兩星期減了五磅,我主要是上身肥,胸部很大,主要減胸及肚腰,很多年前試過減至100磅,胸小了,但很難看,怎樣能keep好胸部線條,我唔信搽野,所以唔使sell我,,thx

我5末呎3寸高,本來132磅,It depends on your build, if you are a stocky person should be around 120 lb, if you are small build then around 110 lb should be good.
現正在節食減肥,Never skip meals, never let yourself feel hungry, your diet should be low fat, low sodium, low sugar and high fiber. If you hungry in between meal, should consider some health snacks.
有做yoga,兩星期減了五磅,Good for you. Yoga is good for body flexiblity, but not enough to raise your heart rate. Many people will lose weight when they start exercise, maybe some water weight or just being active. You should consider to add some cardio exercise on your weekly exercise, you will lose/keep your weight in the long run.
我主要是上身肥,胸部很大,主要減胸及肚腰,There is no spot reduction, you can use some light weight, strength training, yoga, pilates to help you tone your body shape.
很多年前試過減至100磅,胸小了,但很難看,Knowing why made you gain weight also important, then you will never do the same things to your body again. As 100 lb, your body fat % will be too low, especially girls want to keep the fat on their chess.
怎樣能keep好胸部線條,Good question! Don't we all want that. Many trainers will suggest the weight training/strength training to build and tight the muscle, it maybe help.

運動係ok.但要有好大恆心同埋堅持去做!
而且運動姿勢唔正確仲好易受傷同埋有反效果!
