犯下偷竊罪後的問題．

好明顯係盜竊罪。

我都有過類似經歷。好多年前，我曾經係地鐵比個唔識的人打，我捉住佢唔放並叫人報警。

我去咗差館錄口供，個差人好多次都叫我接受條友的道歉，唔好告佢，我至少強調六七次一定要告差佬先好唔願意咁開始錄口供…

當佢知道我係讀法律後就冇再叫我唔好告。我當然告咗條友。兩、三個月後法庭打電話比我通知我條友已被定罪，我可以去攞$800賠償。

個差人唔想告同想你接受賠償只係想你同意。因為如果真係落 Charge 差人要做多好多嘢… 佢只係唔想做啫。

個女警亦都冇防礙司法公正 (行內稱為老防) 因為佢只係建議你接受。而你真係接受咗… 如果你同佢講你一定要告，佢先會落案。

首先你單案破案的過程有疑點﹕1)祇有閉路電視影帶係破唔倒案嘅，因為巡邏警員冇可能喺街認到嗰幾個靚妹偷咗你嘢，點拉﹔2)個女警正在踩緊妨礙司法公正嘅界，有可能其中有靚妹同警方有關係(親戚朋友都有可能或者先前已認識)。我覺得一定要告，到上庭班靚妹多數會以賠錢作為減刑理據﹔但給她們一個教訓可能做了好事(可能會少了幾個竊賊)。你咪一樣有得賠。

The relevant law in Hong Kong is the Thief Ordinance (Cap 210).

According to Section 2 of the ordinance, "a person commits theft if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it".

If you want to charge a person successfully, you have to prove the elements
(i) dishonest,
(ii) appropriates,
(iii) property,
(iv) intention of permanently depriving

Since any crime in Hong Kong should be proved beyond reasonable doubt, relevant party would decide whether there is sufficient evidence to support so as to decide the act should be charged.

If you really want to know the reason assuming what you have said is true, why not ask them directly? I think it is the most appropriate to resolve your doubt. I also advise you to look into the ordinance directly. You may know the reason after reading it.
