Following is the conclusion:

To conclude, a school uniform is a piece of quality clothes which stands up well to wear. It is good value for money. In addition, school uniforms help students develop their sense of belonging. By putting on identical school uniforms, students' hearts are held together, giving harmony. Nobody would lose his personality absurdly because he puts on his school uniform. It is time for us to realise the importance and good of a school uniform; appreciate with it.

Is this alright? I am afraid that it is not really a strong and concise conclusion... Please forgive me. =P
