1. think about的意思是：記起某些情境，或聯想到某物、某人
如：
I thought of you immediately when they said they wanted someone who could speak English.（聯想到之意）

He was thinking about the time he spent in the army.（回想之意）
你的句子應用：think of(think of不但有以上的意思，還有想到新的意念），如：
We'll have to think of a pretty good excuse for being late(有想出之意）

2.argument配over／about，帶出所爭論之事物；配with帶出與之爭論之人物
如：
The children had an argument about/over what game to play.（爭論之事物為：玩甚麼遊戲）

He got into an argument with Jeff in the pub last night.（與之爭論的對象是：Jeff）
所以你的句子應用：with而不應用to
