should crude oil continue to be used to supply fuels (20!!!)

Crude oil should not be used anymore as fuels. Crude oil is an excellent starting materials for many medicine, plastics and organic chemicals. To synthesize this raw material is very costly. In fact, there are other fossil fuels such as the natural gas and the coal can be used for fuel purpose. Besides, we can use other source to generate energy but not the crude oil. Recently, some people have intensified the generation of ethanol from crops to replace the crude oil. It is truethat the ethanol is also a good material as the starting point for many organic synthesis. But its production is also very expensive and the crop price is therefore boosted up a lot since many crops have been used for fuel generation but not for food. So, we should reserve more thecrude oil for other synthetic purpose rather than just burn it as fuels.
