When the steam in the air meets cold air , will frozen to be water drops, much water drops gather to be clouds, when the clouds get thicker and thicker, they will fall on the ground, they are rain.

A lot of water is up to the cloud .Then the cloud will have a lot of water.When the cloud is full it will rain.
