if you can take 30 mins. everyday to train your English, you will feel it improving so much after a month.

For your listening and speaking, you can watch kids channel, I mean kids programme, it really works. For the writing and reading, you can read the EDITORIAL part in newspaper/magazine and read kids book with CD/DVD (you can hear each word pronouce).

I come to USA from HK 4 yrs ago, my English is so bad; my US friend is a Professor in University, she sugguests me to read/watch/listen kids programmes. now she is so impressed in my English speaking and writing. So Good luck!

1. Reading more - newspapers, books you like, articles...(of course in English)

2. Listen more - songs, watch TV news and programs, radio programs

3. Speak more - recite a loud on English materials, talk with people in English

4. Environment - join English debate team, join activities that have an English environment

5. Write more - diary writing, poem writing, article writing...

6. Tests - do tests, such as pass exam papers, and review your level on regular basis

7.....

I think the key is you can make up your mind and ACTION. You will get your English improved.

Frankly, most of the above are free of charge, you can do it without spending a dollar. However, you need to put in efforts and time.

One of the cheapest and easy way is to watch English TV News, and read English newspaper daily.
