Make it simple, consider the 2 :

均衡基金
平穩基金

and forget all others, becuase :
they are balanced, they dont have high risk, you will have a stable MPF result.

Others are too risky and you dont know them yet. You need long time to know what are they, their performance moves up and down.

Comment to :
債券基金 -- The bond market may be a good idea, but interest rate is low now.
保本基金 -- Very poor return usually.

不知你朋友幾多歲，也不知他能成受多少風險，很難替他選擇，如他年輕又能成受風險，當然選擇單一股票市場基金或環球股票基金，如他不想成受太高風險咪選擇債券或保本基金。
