water molecules have to overcome the intermolecular forcebefore they can vapourize. adding solute will increase the
intermolecular force between water molecules.
so the boiling point of water will increase.

因為該溶質嘅沸點係同水嘅沸點唔同，所以一溝之下，沸點度數就會改變。
