胃灼热现象 = Ulcer?

My 胃灼热现象 is cause by 胃酸返流.
Im 30years old, a male. Im a heavy smoker & drinker but now has stop & quit smoking. I think this might cause me for this disease.

If i got ulcer, which ulcer am i suffering?
1) Peptic Ulcer
2) Gastric Ulcer
3) Duodenal Ulcer

之前睇醫生，佢建議我去抽血，發現有幽門螺旋菌，
係潰瘍，但就唔知係胃、定十二指腸潰瘍，

醫生話開一星期特效藥，胃、十二指腸一齊醫，
如果要清楚知自己係邊方面潰瘍，就要做照胃鏡，即將一條管從口申入經口腔、食道一路進入胃部、十二指腸，
但醫生唔建議做，佢話照胃鏡有可能條管會整傷或整穿D腸，中痲煩
，問你試唔試。

所以我選擇食藥，但食左一星期特效藥，覺得治標不治本。
現在睇中醫食中藥、戒食引起胃酸難消化食物、戒消夜、
放鬆心情、多動運動。做左呢一連串嘢，覺得好左好多。

我念你首先要戒煙、多做運動、放鬆(壓力好影響個胃)…
