胃酸倒流!? help!!!!

hi, i went to 胃镜检查 few days ago at the hospital. the doctor shows me the photo indicate:

1)胃灼热现象
2)胃樽頸口鬆弛

am i 胃酸倒流?
what cause this & why do i have this symptom or disease?
胃灼热现象 = 胃潰瘍?

im taking the medicines that doctors gave me. call Pariet 20mg. taking twice a day. it doesnt get any better after 5 days. normally how long it takes to recover?

Yes,You are because我们人体的食管末端有一个瓣膜，叫食管底部括约肌。正常情况下，食物进入胃后它就关闭起来。而当瓣膜软弱无力关闭不全时，便可导致胃酸返流，引起食道灼热，也就是平常所说的胃灼热现象。发生胃灼热现象的原因是多方面的：

　　(1)许多吸烟者有慢性胃灼热现象，是因为尼古丁的刺激使瓣膜软弱。

　　(2)脂肪、巧克力、薄荷和酒精等都可使瓣膜关闭无力。

　　(3)妊娠期妇女分泌的激素可松弛平滑肌，包括这个瓣膜，故怀孕妇女常有胃灼热感觉。

　　要减少或防止胃灼热，应注意：

　　(1)避免穿紧身衣服。

　　(2)尽可能避免屈身下俯。

　　(3)夜里可抬高床头，防止胃酸返流。

　　(4)药物方面可采用灭吐灵或抗酸药等。
